NexGard COMBO for Cats is an all-in-one topical solution designed to provide comprehensive monthly protection against both internal and external parasites. Formulated with esafoxolaner, eprinomectin, and praziquantel, it helps protect your cat from fleas and ticks, prevents heartworm disease, and treats and controls common intestinal worms. This easy-to-apply spot-on treatment eliminates the need for oral dosing, making parasite protection simpler and less stressful. It starts killing fleas within 24 hours and controls ticks within 48–72 hours, delivering reliable, month-long protection. Suitable for cats and kittens from 8 weeks of age and weighing at least 1.8 lbs, it supports consistent, broad-spectrum care.

How It Works
NexGard COMBO combines three active ingredients to target multiple parasites.
- Esafoxolaner disrupts the nervous system of fleas and ticks, leading to rapid elimination
- Eprinomectin helps prevent heartworm disease and treats internal parasites
- Praziquantel eliminates tapeworms effectively
The formula spreads across the skin after application, providing protection for up to one month.
Directions
- Keep the product in its original packaging until ready to use.
- Cut the blister along the dotted line and remove the applicator.
- Hold the applicator upright and remove the cap.
- Part the hair at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades.
- Apply the entire contents directly onto the skin in one spot.
- Ensure the application site is an area your cat cannot lick.
- If multiple applications are required based on weight, apply in the same manner.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- Apply once monthly for continuous protection.
