Nexgard Spectra for Medium Dogs leverages a powerful composition of Afoxolaner and Milbemycin Oxime. Afoxolaner disrupt the nervous system of fleas and ticks by over-stimulating them, causing paralysis and eventual death. Milbemycin oxime eliminates heartworm larvae and other worms including intestinal worms and lungworms. The composition also protects dogs against eyeworms and mites.
