Simparica TRIO for Dogs (44.1–88 lbs) is formulated to deliver comprehensive monthly parasite protection for large dogs. Each chew contains 48 mg sarolaner, 0.96 mg moxidectin, and 200 mg pyrantel, providing a precise dose for effective coverage. This all-in-one chew helps control fleas and ticks, supports heartworm prevention, and treats and controls intestinal worms. It starts working quickly and offers reliable protection for a full month. Directions
- Have your dog tested for heartworm infection before starting.
- Administer one chew orally once a month.
- Give on the same date each month for consistency.
- Can be given with or without food.
- Ensure the full chew is consumed.
- If a dose is missed, give as soon as possible and resume monthly dosing.
